Fees and refunds, in plain words.

Paid tickets and paid votes add a processing fee on top of the price: 1.5% of the amount, plus ₦200 when the amount is more than ₦2,000. You see the total, fee included, before you pay.

The ticket or vote price goes to the organiser. For paid elections, PadiSpace keeps a share of the vote revenue once voting ends.

If a payment cannot be counted, for example the candidate was removed, the payment came in after voting had ended, or the amount received was less than the amount due, it is refunded in full, including the processing fee. Refunds go back to the original card or bank account and usually take 5 to 10 working days.

A vote that has been counted cannot be undone. For tickets, refunds are decided by the organiser of the event; contact them first, and write to us if you cannot reach them.

If you were charged and did not get a ticket or your votes, wait a few minutes and check your receipt page. Pending payments are re-checked automatically. If it is still unresolved, email hello@padispace.com with your payment reference.
